The Arc-Wisconsin is a major force in advocating and promoting self-determined quality of life opportunities for people with developmental and related disabilities and their families.
We accomplish this through:
· A strong, connected statewide network of people with developmental disabilities, local chapters and families;
· Maintaining a set of services and supports with the primary purpose of benefiting people with disabilities;
· Drawing on a strong group of volunteers, including a dedicated Board of Directors;
· Being an active member of a national association, The Arc of the United States, which includes state and local chapters committed to ensuring that people with disabilities enjoy the benefits of full citizenship.
